Flora Fungorum Sinicorum Vol.58 Polyporaceae (Continued I) is an important group of macrofungi, which can cause white wood decay, degrade wood lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose, and has important ecological function, some species are important medicinal fungi with certain economic value. This book describes the taxonomic status, biological characteristics, domestic and foreign research history and current status of Macroporus and related taxa of the Polyporaceae family, and briefly introduces their ecological habits. In 1998, Mr. Zhao Jiding's "Chinese Mycological History Vol. 3 Polyporus" recorded 287 species of 69 genera of Polyporaceae in a broad sense. This book is the sequel I of Polyporus Mycology, "Chinese Mycological History Vol. 3 Polyporus". The species that have been recorded in "Bacteria" will not be repeated. This volume discusses 107 species of 20 genera and related groups of Macroporus in the narrow sense Polyporaceae in China. Each species is discussed in detail, including macroscopic morphology, microstructure, habitats, distribution, research specimens, and some necessary discussions, as well as microstructure diagrams of each species. The book also provides a key to the genus and subspecies of Macroporus.
