Presents a summary of many years of broadly designed research, on the representatives of Triticeae growing wild in Poland. The chapters of the book present their morphological, cytological and anatomical characteristics, as well as data on the habitats which they occupy. Also treated, are the issues of geographical distribution and their dynamic tendencies in Poland, as well as the results of molecular analyses of the following genera: Elymus, Hordeum, Hordelymus, Leymus, and Brachypodium, altogether 12 taxa.
