This volume is a continuation of the *Flora of Freshwater Algae of China*, specifically the family Naviculaeceae (Bacillus), Volumes I and II. It systematically and comprehensively summarizes the research findings on *Naviculae* accumulated over the past century, and is compiled with reference to leading domestic and international research materials. This volume contains 18 genera, of which 12 are new genera separated from the *Naviculae* genus, 4 are restored independent genera, and 1 is a new genus separated from the *Platycodon* genus, along with the *Naviculae* genus. It comprises 317 taxa, including 37 new synspecies, 32 new synvariates, and 3 new synvariates. Among the new taxa belonging to the type locality of China are 30 species, 27 varieties, and 3 varieties. For each taxa, morphological characteristics and structures are described using specimens from my country, and its habitat, locality, and geographical distribution are recorded in detail. Illustrations and photographs based on Chinese specimens are included, and some species are accompanied by brief discussions and explanations.
