Detailed paleoecological study of the Holocene period (10000 - 0 BP)of the small lake of Seedorf (Swiss Plateau, altitude 609 m, SSW ofthe town of Fribourg. Pollen, plant macrofossil, microscopic charcoaland sedimentological analyses were perforemd. Results have beeninterpreted in terms of vegetation, fire, land - use and human impacthistory, and changes of lake - level. Based on 55 corings.
